Scott Ellard

Mr. C. S. (Scott) Ellard is a hands on technologist and innovator with over 25 years of experience in parallel processing, distributing computing, network programming, relational databases and open system design, who is comfortable not only developing at the keyboard but also presenting in the boardroom.

Most recently as founding Chief Technology Officer at Initiate Systems, (acquired in 2010 by IBM), Mr. Ellard conceived, designed and was principal implementer of Initiate’s market leading multi-domain data linking and analytic software for information sharing correlation.  Mr. Ellard was granted multiple national and international patents relating to the underlying technology as well as being co-awarded the 2009 TechAmerica innovator’s Award for software with Dr. Scott Schumacher, Initiate’s Chief Scientist.  Companies such as Microsoft, State Farm, Humana, Federal Express, CVS, and Wal-Mart as well as many law enforcement and national intelligence agencies use the software worldwide.

Mr. Ellard gained in-depth analysis, planning, and development skills during his tenure with now-public Silicon Valley start-ups, Informix Software (acquired by IBM) and Visigenic Software (acquired by Borland).  While working as a consultant, Mr. Ellard designed strategic systems for inventory control, reservations, real estate and account and personnel management.  His clients included companies such as Hyatt, Sheraton, K-Mart, Coca Cola, Chemical Bank, The Capital Group, Sequent Computers, TRW and Southwestern Bell.  Earlier Mr. Ellard was a senior scientist at Independence Technologies, a Silicon Valley start-up specializing in UNIX on-line Transaction Processing (OLTP) systems (acquired by BEA) Mr. Ellard also served as chief consultant reporting to the Office of the Chairman for Informix Software.

Mr. Ellard was instrumental in the founding of both TimesTen, a main memory database system provider (acquired by Oracle) and Empart Technologies, an e-commerce software and services company (acquired by ARI Network Services) where he also served on Empart’s Board of Directors.
 

 

Jon Cargill

Jon Cargill began his career at Hobby Lobby working for Greco Frame and Supply in 1991.  He was hired as controller and eventually assumed leadership of both the finance and the warehouse/manufacturing operations of that company.  Jon has dual undergraduate degrees in accounting and business administration and passed the CPA exam in 1991.  

Jon is active in his church and is a member of the Board of Directors of the City Rescue Mission of Oklahoma City.  He is a member of the Financial Executives Council of the National Retail Federation.  His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Financial Professionals.
